PyraMED Health Systems SMS Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By enrolling in the PyraMED Health Systems SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages (including notifications, appointment reminders, updates, and other healthcare-related communications) at the mobile number you provide. These Terms comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA 2025) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

 

1. Opt-In Consent

Participation in PyraMED’s SMS program requires explicit, one-to-one consent in accordance with TCPA (2025). By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from PyraMED Health Systems only. Consent is not transferable and will not be shared with other organizations without your direct authorization.
You may opt in through the following method:

  • Verbal Consent: You may provide verbal authorization after being presented with a compliant SMS consent disclosure by an authorized representative of PyraMED Health Systems or an affiliated campus health provider using the PyraMED platform.

 

2. Message Frequency

You will receive no more than 3-5, unless for urgent notifications. Standard carrier rates apply.

 

3. Opt-Out Process

Reply “STOP” any time to end messages; “HELP” to receive support instructions; or contact privacy@pyramed-health.com / (888) – 438-7972.

 

4. Terms of Consent

Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You may receive informational messages as described at opt-in.

 

5. Privacy Policy

Your mobile number and SMS interaction data are governed by the PyraMED Health Systems Privacy Policy, available at: https://pyramed-health.com/privacy-policy/. Information is used solely for communication and service-related purposes in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws

 

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. PyraMED Health Systems is not responsible for carrier-imposed charges.

 

7. Record-Keeping & Compliance

PyraMED maintains detailed records of SMS opt-ins and opt-outs (including dates, times, and consent method) to comply with TCPA (2025) consent and documentation requirements.

 

8. Changes to Terms

PyraMED Health Systems reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted online. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Message delivery is dependent upon carrier networks and third-party infrastructure. PyraMED does not guarantee message delivery timing or uninterrupted service.
